Owner, Sean Treacy, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business as his family have been involved in the building / civil engineering and property management trade for 65 years.
Fermanagh Lakeland Properties specialises in residential sales and lettings, in addition Sean has a keen interest in land and agricultural sales.
Fermanagh Lakeland Properties is a full member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO'S) which includes registration under the Consumer, Estate Agents, and Redress Act 2007. Professional Indemnity and Client Money Protection compliant, registered with HMRC for Anti Money Laundering along with membership of Information Commissioners Office - Data Protection.
Owner, Sean Treacy is self-employed and operates as an independent sole trader.
The business model that Sean has established can be described as ‘boutique style,’ Sean oversees all related aspects of the business and is in tune with what is happening on the ground in the property market in West Fermanagh.

Being a local person, I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to show an extensive range of people around the unspoilt and stunning scenery of West Fermanagh; observing strangers taking in the incredible views and appreciating the natural beauty is extremely rewarding.
